Each and every one of us have dealt with the sleep problems. We wander around looking for the solutions and find that some of the solutions can be effective to our body and may help us.

So, I have those practical, simple and realistic solutions which can really help you improve your sleep and to get rid of sleep problems.
These solutions had been practically experimented on many people and the results found were enormous and incredible. And, I assure you, that same will be the case with you only when you read till the end and figure out the solution which best suits you.
Without any delay, lets get started.
1. SLOW BREATHING
Breathing is the secret which makes you asleep. By slowing down the pace of breathing before retiring, relaxes all your body parts and helps you feel slow and steady.
2. PULSE RATE
You might have noticed that, whenever you put your head on the pillow, sometimes you hear your pulse beating faster in your head.
Studies have proven that, if such problems are occuring with you, it implies that you are lack of potassium. That means that, your body needs more potassium.
And, to gain more potassium, you need to eat more vegetables because vegetable contains certain amount of potassium, that will help you reduce the problem of pulse beating in your head while going to sleep.
There are two reasons, which causes the deficiency of potassium in your body:
- Stress from long time
- Eating too much sugar

Here, are few tips that you should do before going to sleep to get rid of sleeping problems:
1. WRAP YOURSELF IN WARM CLOTH
Wrapping yourself in warm cloth makes you feel very comfortable while sleeping and also makes you feel laziness which helps to make your sleep better.
2. FRAGRANCE IN THE ROOM
Make sure that your room where you sleep does not have bad smell. Bad smell sometimes makes you feel uncomfortable and does not let you get a proper sleep. So, make sure your room should be filled with your favourite fragrances.
3. ROOM TEMPERATURE
Room temperature should be between 19-22 degrees according to doctors.
Why? Because room temperature sometimes become the cause of sleep deprivation. Try and adjust the room temperature according to your comfortability between 19-22 degrees to get proper sleep.
4. AVOID CONSUMING COFFEE
You have listened about not consuming coffee before sleeping a lot of times but you didn't know the exact reason of why not to consume coffee before retiring to bed.
Here's the exact reason that, consuming caffeine, which is in coffee, increase the work efficiency and remains in the body for about 12 hours.

5. AVOID EXERCISING BEFORE GOING TO BED
Exercising overstrains the nervous system that makes it little difficult to fall asleep.

6. CRAMS
Almost around 80% of the people are there who deal with the problem of crams in their muscles or legs at night.

7. OVER-EATING AND OVER-DRINKING
Over-eating at night is the basic reason which does not allows food to pass through the body for digestion which makes it difficult to digest.
Over-drinking is also one of the reason which makes you feel strained in the stomach while sleeping because of which you have to walk to the washroom by getting up in between the sleep.
So, make sure that you do not eat after at least 8:30 pm which will also help you to wake up early ( How to make miracles happen by waking up early? ) and you should reduce the consumption of water at night before going to bed to get rid of sleep problems.
8. PILLOWS
Pillows can be the cause of neck problems which may disturb your comfortability. Just make sure that you change your pillows at least once in 2 years.
9. APPLYING VICKS AND SALINE
Applying vicks and saline during cough and cold opens up the nostrils which help you to breathe better and sleep better.
10. FOLLOWING FIXED ROUTINE
You should have a fixed routine for 15-20 minutes of the things that makes you feel better. Either it can be some kind of meditation, reading or taking shower.

11. GETTING UP EARLY
